Job Title：Merchandiser贸易跟单

Report to: Order Processing Manager订单处理经理

Job Description

1.接收从美国总部发出的订单，并与美国总部进行详细沟通，以明确和核实客户订单的具体规格和细节要求；

Receive orders from USA headquarters; Communicate with USA headquarters to clarify and confirm the detailed specs and requirements of the production tasks;

2.与公司合作厂商进行详细沟通，以明确和核实工厂完成订单的实际能力；

Communicate with our contracted mills to clarify and confirm their actual capabilities of fulfilling the production tasks;

3.协调工厂生产能力以及客户详细要求之间的矛盾，以达成两者之间的平衡；

Coordination between contracted mills and the customer in order to eliminate the inconsistencies between the mills’ capabilities and the customers’ requirements;

4.将订单发给合作工厂后，进行从生产到出货的全程跟踪。

Issue orders to the mills, and follow up the execution of the orders at the starting period of the production until shipment;

5. 船务货运协调：与船务公司联系，安排船务以及订舱。

Freight Coordinator: contact with the freight agent, arrange the shipping vessel and book the cabin.

6. 协助订单处理经理完成订单处理的其他事项。

Assist Order Processing Manager handle other related issue about order processing.

Requirements:

1.有很强的责任心，能够主动、高要求、高品质地完成公司交付的工作;

Must be independent, reliable and highly motivated person to take full responsibilities of the tasks required. Take initiative to fulfill the tasks with high requirements and high quality;

2.具有本科以上理工科教育背景；

Bachelor or above degree in Science or Engineering;

3.必须具备既综观全局，又严谨照顾细节的品质；

Be able to take the work load and can endure the pressure of the task to be taken.

4.思路清晰，思维严谨，能将庞杂的工作条理有序地完成；

It is very important that you think in a thoughtful, analytical and organized way, and be able to fulfill the complicated tasks in a logical and orderly way.

5.英语听、说、读、写流利，可与外籍人士进行无障碍沟通；

Can communicate and expressed English in words and in written language fluently.

6.具有两年以上的外贸跟单工作经验；

Must have at least 2 years work experience in a trading company.

7.熟悉木材加工行业者优先。

Experience in wood processing industry is preferred.
