1. 监督仓库的日常作业，安排合理人员按时保量完成仓库作业；

2. 执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；

3. 制定部门员工的排班计划并根据实际情况进行调整；

4. 负责部门员工的招聘、培训以及考核；

5. 组织风险防范培训，确保工作安全；

6. 对仓库区域进行管理以符合6S、先进先出等仓库要求;

7. 完成上级领导交办的其它事项

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，物流管理相关专业

2. 五年仓储工作经验，三年以上第三方物流管理经验者优先；

3. 熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；

4. 熟练操作outlock、excel等办公软件；

5. 熟悉WMS系统的操作方法；

6. 有较强的沟通能力；

7. 熟悉各自岗位的操作流程；

8. 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力。
