1、协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门关系；

2、协助总经理制定战略规划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解，起草公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件；

3、在公司经营计划、销售策略、资本运作等方面向总经理提供具体的解决方案；

4、做好企业内外文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、立卷、归档工作；

5、负责公司网站的后台工作；

6、配合总经理处理外部公共关系，协助总经理安排各项高层会议的日程与议程，撰写和跟进落实高层会议、主题会议等公司会议纪要；

7、撰写总经理的有关报告、文件，安排总经理的各项工作时间；

8、负责总经理的私人行程或安排；

9、完成经理安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历（如工作能力强可适当放宽），较好的形象气质，较好的英语水平；

2、一年以上高管助理工作经验，有本领域工作经验者优先；

3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；

4、知识结构较全面，具有丰富的管理经验，了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

5、有较好的文字组织能力，口头表达能力良好，擅长各类公文及制度的起草和完善；

6、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；

7、细心、稳重，有责任心，时间观念强，随时随地待命处理总经理安排的各项工作，不能推诿；

8、熟练使用办公软件。
