Job Summary:
-Execute and optimize routine supplier/OM/Channels communication/Processes
-Follow on store issue report and close claim
-Responsible for Store/Channels complaint investigation and feedback

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Ensure the daily order handled timely and completely.
-Provide report for special order, return, urgent order support.
-Accept inquiries from channels and provide feedback to channels by consolidating internal information.
-Attend service review meeting with supplier to improve performance KPI or improve service level when necessary.
-Channel (customer) Complaint investigation and feedback, Claim tracking, regular report and review.
-Support on training to working parties include channel, supplier, LSP.

Qualifications:
Education:
-Associate degree holder or above, in related fields preferably SCM and logistics
Experience:
-Above 3 years working experience in customer service function in supply chain, logistics, purchasing
-Experience in training to others is preferred

Skills and Competencies:
-Good analytical, communication and negotiating skills on all levels
-Full ability to adapt intercultural environment, multi-national company working experience
-Be fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
-Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Customer centricity driver mind-set
