2.  Qualification

任职资格:

College degree or above.

大专及以上学历。

Able to read pictures.

具有一定的识图能力。

Understand the manufacturing process for PCBA/silicone/plastic.

了解PCBA/硅胶/塑胶/box build等制造工艺。

Proficient in EXCEL and K3 system.

熟练使用 EXCEL办公软件 和K3系统的熟练操作。

Master the use of measuring tools and relevant calibration requirements.

掌握测量工具的使用及校验相关要求。

3.  Responsibilities:

工作职责:

Obey the arrangements of quality manager; comply with the company's rules and regulations, quality policy and objectives.

服从质量经理的各项工作安排，严格遵守公司各项规章制度，质量方针和目标。

Responsible for the daily work of IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC, guide and arrange the work of QC leaders.

负责IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC日常工作，对QC线长的工作进行安排并指导.

Support SQE to confirm the material failures in production line.

协助SQE判定产线线退原材不良。

Lead the critical quality issues in IPQC/FQC/OQC section.

主导IPQC/FQC/OQC重大品质问题。

Lead the quality system audit or customer audit in QC section.

体系审核或客户审核QC部门主导。

Control the cost in IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC.

IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC部门成本管控。

Communicate with related departments.

和相关部门跨部门沟通。

Support SQE to judge the material issue in production line, support QE to handle quality issue.

协助SQE判定产线线退原材不良，协助QE处理及追踪质量问题。

Honest and meticulous, good at communication and coordination, have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

诚实细致，沟通协调能力强，责任心及团队意识强。
