Main Responsibilities    

 

1. Responsible for merchandising sofas, furnishings and accessories in new and existing stores within the Natuzzi brand image and according to the latest floor plans in stores.
2. Design the store layout according to the new developed product for each store on time.
3. Establish store visit schedule and complete store VM, enture the report and timely execution of outstanding points has too be done on time for whole team .
4. Execute and follow the correct execution of window displays according to the schedule for the related region.
5. Organize and planing  the Fair set up and fair report independently.
6. Assist Training Manager in visual merchandising training to educated dealers and their staff.
7. Support Regional Merchandising Manager to analysis product plant form;

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above
2. Good command of English both in written and spoken; (Italian will be prefered)
3. Design background with good fashion sense;
4. 3 years or above VM working experiences in related industry;
5. Auto CAD skill is a must;
6. Good communication skill and open mined;
7. Be able to travel frequently;
