The Materials Controller will:

·       Work with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure that Group service standards are achieved by suppliers through routine communication.

·       Send Sales Confirmation of issued PO to KSLL and send PO to suppliers. (to split per suppliers). Track suppliers to offer packing list, invoice. 

·       Issue all invoices to customers per PO (including products and tooling). Issue credit note or debit note when needed.

·       EPR data input including P/N, prices

·       Check and confirm inquiries on delivery dates for new PO and relay info back to customer with the support of relevant staff where needed.

·       Chase/remind suppliers to update progress of open POs on weekly basis.  When delivery problems are highlighted, report to Supply Chain Manager to resolve issues.

·       Keep track to cash flow spreadsheet to track payments due from customers (accountant).

·       Manage and keep track of product samples received and sent (logistic controller).

·       Scrap report related credit note/debit note preparation.（谁负责的工厂谁发）

·       Assist to prepare and issue product RFQ to suppliers.

·       Perform specific tasks requested by the Supply Chain manager or the General Manager.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:        

·       Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, in Business Administration or a similar discipline.   Alternatively, a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree may be considered.

·       Must have a minimum of 3-5 years proven success in Business Administration from a trading company with similar business model.

·       A good understanding on how supply chain operate for a trading export business.

Skills and Abilities:

      

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal).

·       At minimum of level 6 in English language.

·       Proactive mindset to improve service quality.

·       Self-motivated, individual contributor and team player.

·       A good working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook).

·       Able to learn & adapt in a growing environment.
