Key Responsibilities

1.To understand of Everest Medicines IT connectivity diagram and structures, provision of a stable and efficient connectivity services.

2.To keep monitoring and ensure connectivity services provision smoothly, efficiently, and securely which include WAN, LAN, and wireless LAN.

3.To take the responsible for IT network devices life-cycle management, ensure the maintenance contract is valid work with respective vendors, and keep monitor the quality of the service delivery within SLA.

4.To take the responsible for IT LAN operation services is in a secured level align with IT security requirement. Follow the network access control process to provide the network permission, tracking and monitor the network ACL.

5.To take the responsible for IT network assets lifecycle management, to maintain the network assets inventory updated. Ensure and support the network assets yearly verification with a high assets data accuracy compare with assets list.

6.To coordinate with local ISP to design and implement local Internet services. With a high availability structure design, to ensure the internet services is sufficient towards all new application demands (e.g., TEAMs, O365), and be fully compliance with country regulation.

7.To cooperate with circuit vendor to ensure the WAN services work within SLA.

8.To maintain and provision firewall management services to in office network and plant network.

9.To monitor and regular review the firewall policy to ensure the firewall is worked in a secured operation model.

Recommended Education and Key Competency

1.University Degree for Information and Communications Technology or Computer Science and Technology. 

2.3 years working experience in IT infrastructure network service in cross region company.

3.3 years working experience in IT infrastructure project management.

4.Motivational and interpersonal skills.

5.Business know-how to understand the services requirement.

6.Strong IT infrastructure security knowledge especially towards network services.

7.Initiative to drive the tasks and work under pressure.

8.Communication skill in both EN & CN.

9.Strong coordinate ability with execution & delivery skill.

10.CCIE Certification or equivalent is “must have”.

11.ITIL Certification is “nice to have”.
