  [Job Description]

1. Follow up orders with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
2. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements。
3. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval。
4. Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
5. Monitor the shipment and logistic
6. Work with the customer on daily basis for product development, prepare and offer all necessary supports needed during the buying trip
7. Work closely with the colleagues on quotation and follow-up Merchandising, Production Control and Order follow-up.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

[Requirement]

1. Diploma or above in Merchandising or related field
2. Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
3. Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
4. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
5. Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
6. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
7. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
8. Literate in Microsoft office programs
9. Occasional travel is required
