职位描述
§ Support SAP daily trouble shooting and problem settlement with users.
分析和解决SAP 系统日常问题, 为用户提供SAP系统技术支持.
§ Responsible for master data maintenance, and process analysis and optimization
负责系统主数据维护及现有流程梳理和优化
§ Coordinate with German Group IT resources or outsourcing suppliers for suitable solutions for SAP including report development, barcode scanner solution etc
负责协调德国总部IT或外包供应商的支持，为用户提供合适的解决方案，包括报表开发，条形码扫码枪功能等
§ Responsible for SAP improvement of process, workflow, dataflow and training
编制SAP流程、工作流、数据流、培训文档
§ Support SAP new project in local, configuration and implementations
支持公司内部SAP新项目的配置与实施
§ Responsible for SAP user training and documentation
负责SAP用户培训与文档
§ Support data analysis and visualisation on SAP projects

任职要求：
- 1+ years deep experience on SAP R/3 modules PP, ***, SD (optional) and FICO (optional).1年以上SAP R/3 PP, MM模块经验，有SD或FICO经验更佳
- Strong data analytical skills 熟练的数据分析能力
- Familiar with manufacturing related operational processes 熟悉制造型企业的运营流程
- Experience in area of SAP R/3 basic administration of users, user-rights, printer management, SAP GUI installation, system monitoring is preferred. 有SAP R/3 用户管理，用户权限、打印管理，SAP GUI设置，系统检测经验者优先
- Experience in IT service process over Service Now platform is advantage. 熟悉Service Now 平台的IT服务流程优先
- Experienced in professional data analytics tools and applications is advantage. 有专业数据分析工具和软件应用经验优先
- Fluent oral and written English 英语书写、口语流利

Alfmeier was founded in Germany in the 1960s, devoted to developing the valve and fuel system technology. The Company achieved steady increase in sales and profits and gained a good reputation in the European automotive industry.
Since its inception, Alfmeier Prazision AG has been headquartered in the town of Weisenburg, Bavaria, Germany, aiming to build Alfmeier as a top-ranking auto parts manufacturer in the world. And the nearby Treuchtlingen factory has also adopted the modern testing and engineering facilities to develop the most advanced products and processes.
Alfmeier established a representative office in Shanghai, China, in 2005. The Shanghai representative office was transformed into a trading company in 2007. Since Alfmeier found that it has good business prospects in China, the Company decided to transform the trading company into a manufacturing company. Therefore, Alfmeier set up its first production line in Jinqiao Import and Export Processing Zone, Pudong District, Shanghi in October, 2010. However, due to the explosive growth of businesses in 2012, small scale production cannot meet order demands from customers. Therefore, Alfmeier moved its plant from Pudong District to Qingpu District, establishing a new plant with a gross area of 4,000㎡which was formally set up and put into use in March, 2012. The company develop injection business in the second plant in 2016. With the rapid increase of the production output of the Company, Alfmeier’s all in-service employees have amounted to over 500 in 2020.
The Company is equipped with professional technologies in fuel management, engine system, braking system and seating comfort system. The Alfmeier Automotive Group’s mission is to integrate various development partners in the Group’s key technologies, resulting in innovative mechatronic solutions for the automotive industry, developing new technologies for unique automotive market sectors new key applications.
Alfmeier Business Model for China is to transfer lines to China depending on customer demands, build up own lines for transfered and new products, extend local capabilities for test and development and intensify localization depth (welding technology).
