  最低任职要求Minimum Requirement

教育程度/经验Education background/ Experience：

College degree or above, major in pharmaceutical related subject or industrial engineering or equivalent, +5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company. Managerial experience is preferred.

特别知识Special knowledge：

1. Has quality and qualification background, has good experience in GMP manufacturing.

2. Be familiar with DP related process equipment selection, facility building up and relevant regulations & guidance. 

3. Experience of project management.

技能Skills：

Good capability of English listening, speaking, reading and writing

Practical skill in Microsoft Office

Good skill in problem diagnosis and problem solving

其他要求（比如工作时间等）Other requirements (e.g.: working time)：

1. Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, self-discipline.

2. Team player with good organization and coordination skills, detail oriented.

工作职责JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Be responsible for equipment management in capital project phase including:

？ Cooperating with GDM, as DP engineering SME to support DP equipment and facility development during the design, and construction. 

？ Reviewing DP facility and equipment related documents. 

？ GMP document creating, e.g. URS, operational SOP if needed. 

？ Leading as needed the tech clarification of DP equipment selections with client and vendors. Be responsible for tech evaluation during bidding.  

？ Working with PEV, vendor and end user team during IOQ /validation. Leading as needed the mock-up, FAT, SAT.

？ DP equipment related change control compiling and implementation in project phase.

？ Support communication between client, PEV and vendors, to ensure equipment qualification to be completed in time based on related standards.
