• Advanced degree in science with >5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably >3 years' experience in Alliance Management and experience in oversea transaction compliance (e.g. HBSM and HGRAC regulations)

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Proven track record in alliance/partnership excellence; rich experience in building and maintaining partnerships

• Outstanding project management skills with  ability  to  assess  issues/risks and effectively implement remediation measurements

• Demonstrated results-focus and ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver projects through lateral influence, drive effective and efficient decision  making  in  the  matrix organization

• Strong commercial and business acumen, knowledge of drug research, development, registration, manufacturing and commercialization

• Well-developed cultural sensitivity to influence the beliefs, opinions and behaviours of key customers
