主要职责：

The School now wishes to further improve its performance by embarking on a major educational technology enhancement initiative encompassing platform improvement, digital asset management and skills uplift.

To coordinate the design, build and smooth implementation of this initiative, the school is looking for an experienced Programme Manager and Solutions Integrator to work with our existing leadership team.

• To enhance and systematize the use of Microsoft Teams/SharePoint which will involve making the existing Microsoft Office 365 infrastructure fit for purpose as a teaching and learning environment. This will include implementation of a school specific operating environment (Cloud Design Box) and the structuring of all digital assets.

• To enhance the use of PowerSchool SIS which will involve upgrading the functionality and data quality of the existing PowerSchool SIS in order that it provides a stable operational base for school administration and the connected teaching and learning environment.

• To enhance and simplify the Parent Communications Platform which will involve the implementation of a single platform for rapid and reliable communication between the primary school and parents.

• To work, in the first instance, with senior primary school staff to ensure that both teachers and support staff are trained in the use of Teams/Sharepoint and PowerSchool.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above；

2. Prior experience of working in an international school would be desirable but not essential；

3. A demonstrable track-record of leading and managing technology projects and programmes from inception through to completion;

4. Detailed knowledge of standard software packages including and Microsoft SharePoint /Teams and student information systems;

5. A practical and strategic understanding of the value of the place of technology in education;

6. An ability to prioritise competing demands and to swiftly identify areas of improvement and a solution-oriented mindset;

7. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;

8. A collaborative working style which ensures a thorough understanding of what is required by professional educators;

9. Influencing skills to achieve solutions and an ability to work confidently and assertively with a range of senior stakeholders and partners;

10. Fluency in English with the ability to speak Mandarin an advantage;
