1. 需根据公司发展战略，制定华南地区发展规划；

2. 在公司华南地区目前业务基础上，负责协同公司完成华南区域销售增长目标；

3. 筹备建立当地仓储、配送基地，建立集装箱配件和商用车（包括重卡、半挂车）等装备零配件本地供应体系（前期以集装箱配件供应为主），满足华南市场需求，并具备服务公司海外客户的出口能力；

4. 整合公司内外部资源，广泛同各类上下游伙伴和企业合作，完成对接和协调工作；

5. 发展和培养优秀员工，搭建项目小组，积极完成公司华南地区战略规划。

任职要求：

1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2. 三年以上相关工作经验，具有设立办事处或分公司项目经验者优先；

3. 具有市场营销相关领域成功管理经验；

4. 有集装箱堆场、箱东、码头、商车配件领域上下游人脉资源优先考虑；

5. 优秀的团队管理能力；

6. 良好的人际沟通协调能力，目标挑战能力，具有较强的责任心和执行力。
