JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor degree in engineering and/or technical disciplines equivalent and/or retail compliance, quality management, product or manufacturing industry equivalent

? Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in industry

? Solid background in quality and/or technical and/or engineering perspective

? Expert in quality assurance processes, procedures and tools

? In depth knowledge of US regulatory and safety requirements

? Ability to perceive and differentiate between colors

? Able to travel frequently

? Manufacturing auditing experience

? Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

? Collaborative focus and ability to work successfully across functional areas

? Works autonomously to manage all day-to-day operations with little or no supervision from the manager

? Language: fluent in English and local language

? Computer skill: familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

? Experience in retail purchasing operations or support (Sourcing, procurement, QA, development, etc.)

? Audit experience preferred

? Experienced in New Product Introduction Process

? Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor preferred

? Six Sigma or Lean certified preferred

? Experienced in project management preferred
