Responsibilities:

He/She supports project team on project management, document management, administrative work, and other tasks assigned by project manager.

1. Coordinate with the customer about the project content, arrange the site survey. Assist project manager to prepare survey report and preliminary design proposal including project data, survey drawings and photographs.

2. Cooperated with the project manager to communicate with the customers of the brand, made the project schedule and followed up the progress of the project, and gave timely feedback to the customers' requirements.

3. Followed up materials and mockup at local and abroad and ensure the project schedule.

4. Assisted the project manager in the acceptance of the construction works; Make construction defect list, send to construction party to follow up, review and report rectification progress and update list. Prepare all kinds of completion drawings, data, file, etc.

5. Cooperate with the general contractor, landlord or property owners, deal with all kinds of admission information and communication and feedback during the whole construction process.

6. Organize project meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant discipline

2. Minimum 2 years professional experience in luxury retail

3. Able to handle project independently

4. Strong in drawing skill, documentation skill, tendering, construction sequences & details

5. Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit

6. Proficiency and efficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD

7. Fluent English & Putonghua is Must

8. Need to station in Shanghai

9. Immediate available is highly preferable

5. 对接总包、大厦业主或物业方，处理各种入场信息和整个施工过程的沟通及反馈。
6. 组织项目会议并完成会议纪要

职位要求：

1. 建筑、室内设计或工程相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 2年以上奢饰品零售工作经验；

3. 能够独立处理项目

4. 较强的绘图技能，文件技能，熟悉投标流程，施工顺序和细节。

5. 具有良好的工作态度和团队精神，工作积极主动，有组织能力

6. 熟练使用MS Project和AutoCAD

7. 英语及普通话流利
