Job Responsibilities

-The Principle System Analyst provides expert IT solution, consultancy and operational support to Sales and Marketing team in the global organization. -This role will execute projects under various programs and contribute to domain architecture capabilities. Through ongoing consultation with business clients, the Principle System Analyst identifies business needs, collects/defines scope and requirements, and may provide recommendations for process changes and/or technology-enabled solutions. In addition, the person in this role should be highly self-motivated and is expected to stay current with industry trends in digital innovations and technologies, to promote/propose innovative solutions to support business.

Be responsible for providing consistent and direct engagement with assigned business domains at all levels. Develop a thorough understanding of business domain, including key business processes and corresponding IT opportunities.

-Perform a liaison between the business and internal providers of technical services. Work in close partnership with key business stakeholders, prioritize demands for IT services to maximize value to the business.

-Work with business to identity innovative opportunities; support business initiatives that leverage innovation and digital technologies.

-Play IT Project manager role, responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing external resources to achieve the goals and objectives of a project.

Qualifications

-Major: Information technology, science (Physics, Math, etc), engineering, or equivalent.

-Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in Chinese & English, including reading & writing.

-Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies)

-5+ years of progressive IT and business experience

-Demonstrated experience and understanding in application architecture, design, development (Agile methodology), and implementation.

-Understanding and experience in digital technologies, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and mobile application development.

-Demonstrated experience and understanding of using wechat and wechat work in support of internal and commercial activities.

-Experience in eCommerce system a plus.

-Highly self-motivated with strong interest to learn/explore new technologies.

-Strong communication skills in English and experience working in international and multicultural environment.
