Job Description:

1.Role as RF Power Design Engineer for Shanghai RF Design Center.

2.Responsible for discrete GaN transistor design and characterization;

3.Responsible for Module design (MCM, MMIC) and characterization ;

4.Responsible for the Demo circuit design and tuning for RFP GaN transistor;

5.Work on the related design documents and host the design review with team;

6.Support the discrete transistor and Module design to be transferred to production;

7.Help FAE team to perform debugging the application issues from the key customer;

8.Develop/duplicate the setup of test equipment for device/module characterization;

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelors minimum requirement, Master degree is preferred. (specializing in Micro-electronics, Microwave & RF power).

2.At least 3 years of experience in RF Power MCM/MMIC design, based on GaN, GaAs or LDMOS.

3.Experienced in RF Power internal matching design with LDMOS/GaN;

4.Good knowledge of LDMOS/GaN RF power high efficiency amplifier designs, especially Doherty amplifiers design.

5.Must be experienced with EDA software such as ADS, AWR, and ANSOFT (Designer, HFSS) etc

6.Must be proficient in using different kinds of RF test instruments, especially for the development of MCM/MMIC.

7.Self motivator and able to work independently.

8.Good communication and interpersonal communication skills.

9.Reading/Writing fluently in English and Chinese, good Japanese skills is also preferred.
