工作职责

1.协助质量工程师对供应商质量问题的分析处理工作。

2协助指导和监督生产厂家品质检验工作。

3 SAP系统质量模块中,来料检验日常工作的应用维护,以及质检仓物料来往的日常操作。

4.负责每日供应商来料的零件,半成品,成品的检验工作,并提出质量改善建议。

5.协助质量工程师开展不合格品的处理工作,并组织、跟踪改善结果。

6.做好本岗位的5S管理工作,以及计量器具的使用和保养等管理工作。

7.做好与公司内部以及供应商关于检验方面的沟通协调工作。

任职要求:

1.高中或中专以上机械相关专业;

2.3年以上质量相关工作经验,熟悉钣金，机加工件，焊接结构件的检验特点；

3. OFFICE等办公软件;熟悉机械图纸、有机加件实际检验经验,

会使用卡尺、高度仪、千分尺等计量器具，会三坐标操作更佳

4.为人诚实、能吃苦。学习能力强,善于沟通协调。
