工作职责:

1.电子料IC类新器件导入的性能指标及可靠性等测试验证 ；

2.对于新功能及新技术，了解性能指标，并研究其测试方法及测试环境搭建等；

3.深入持续研究相应类别器件特性、技术发展方向、技术指标、应用方法等；

4.对项目研发及售后过程中出现的物料性能及失效问题分析、跟踪、解决；

5.测试方法SOP文档的整理编写，物料测试验证相关数据文档汇总整理，提炼重要信息，形成结论；

6.出差，至物料相关问题发生现场进行确认及相关分析，或者至供应商产线跟踪问题改善效果等等。

任职资格:

1.微电子、通讯、电子信息工程技术等相关专业；

2.有擅长的物料领域，精通某一类或几类电子料IC器件物料特性及其技术发展方向；

3.有半导体行业经验者优先，能够进行电子料IC器件的微观分析及失效分析；

4.具有扎实良好的模拟电路及数字电路等相关基础专业知识；

5.熟悉掌握各类仪器设备的使用，进行测试及问题分析；

6.有手机行业研发工作经验者更佳；

7.做事认真严谨，有条理性，具备良好的计划执行、沟通协调能力。
