Job Description:

1. Ability to manage organization culture, personnel and EHS programs at site.
2. Maintain compliance with local EHS regulations, as related to operations. Coordinate EHS training, lead EHS compliance audit.
3. Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of the organization.
4. Host EHS council, organize EHS subcommittee, and provide technical support to subcommittees.
5. Lead and organize EHS inspection and audit, annual program evaluation, FHRA audit. 3rd party compliance and AR audit.  
6. Lead and allocate EHS desk and ERS tasks, regular report safety matrix, Environment matrix to global EHS. Maintain ERS compliance calendar, EHS project tracking, dashboards module, EHS desk RA, Ergo, CAR module.
7. Responsible for Change management, ergo, RA subcommittee to deliver training and conduct assessments. Create CARs, identify risk mitigate opportunities and projects.  
8. Responsible for3rd party environment monitoring, Industrial Hygiene Monitoring.
9. Contractor work supervision, waste management including normal and hazard waste.
10. Lead monitoring of onsite Wastewater treatment station supervision, ensure discharge to meet local standard.
11. Lead Incident investigation, DIVE review.  
12. Liaison with EHS related government agencies such as Shanghai and Qingpu EPB, safety administration, firefighting bureau, etc.
13. EHS projects management wastewater treatment station, energy audit. V2500 environment approval, occupational health approval in local government.  
14. Audit requirements to complete internal EHS audit. 
15. Lead EHS inspections according to company requirements.

                                                                

    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in related engineering, environment or safety management.
2. Above 10 + years EHS working experience in Multinational companies and at least 3 years in manager role.
3. Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations, local or industrial practices.
4. Good English skills.
5. Leadership, Self-motivation, independence with team work sprit.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
