                    Functions objectives      Responsible to maintain the production monitoring   and planning.     

 

Main tasks and duties (but not limited to):

？ Handle the order planning and arrangement basing on the PO issued by headquarter;

？ Create domestic purchase orders in SAP;

？ Arrange and monitor the order documentation flow for the accuracy and timing;

？ Ensure the production timelines with the respect of the confirmed delivery date;

？ Monitor and follow up the raw materials status and confirmation;

？ Maintain WPM/weekly plan charts daily, fill it up with the most updated information;

 ？ Maintain the QC inspection schedules and supply the QC inspectors with the relevant documents and samples;

  ？ Ensure the booking placement and goods delivery on time;

 ？ Maintain the suppliers records in the server by storing all the required documents and emails in the relevant archives; ？ Maintain materials, production samples and inspection samples properly stored and labelled;

  ？ Daily communication and follow up with the headquarter buying and planning depts. on productions follow up, urgent matters, delays and others.

  ？ Daily communication with Development dept. about new projects, material and samples confirmations, production schedule ？ Daily communication with QA/QC dept. about tests submissions and results, inspections arrangement and results.

  ？ Daily communication with Logistics dept. about bookings and shipments.

  ？ Train suppliers on Brandart standards, service and quality requirements regularly.

  ？ Visits to factories required when necessary.

 EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

？At least 5 years of experience in Productions Monitoring with many vendors; familiar with Luxury items and packaging related products; general knowledge of the packing products and production processes.
？Ability to work well independently and in team;

  

？Good common sense;

  

？Good multi-tasking;

  

？Ability to set the priorities;

  

？Attention to details;

  

？Able to operate all related computer software applications (Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP);

？Ability to manage time effectively to complete multiple projects;

  

？Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS;
