岗位功能简述： 

1.制定并执行产品灭菌验证方案，输出灭菌验证报告及灭菌工艺卡； 

2.负责灭菌车间技术支持，对相关人员进行技能培训； 

3. 分析处理灭菌异常，组织评审； 

4. 协助灭菌总监与客户进行灭菌技术沟通工作；协助车间主管对设备定期维护保养，提供技术支持； 

基本要求 ：

学历：大专或本科学历，材料，生物，医学等相关专业 

专业知识：精通灭菌工艺及现场管理，全面掌握EO灭菌技术，能独立操作EO灭菌相关工作； 

工作经验：3年以上灭菌相关工作经验熟悉环氧乙烷EO等物性及工艺性能； 

职业操守与心理素质 逻辑思维强；执行力强，团队合作意识强，沟通，协调能力强；
