Job Description工作描述:

Arrange material flow according to project and service needs; receiving, dispatching, packaging goods and updating ERP system in timely manner; make and follow lean and site 5S procedure and practices.

根据项目和服务的需求安排物料收货，发货，跟踪打包以及对应ERP系统及时更新。制定并实施仓库及车间的精益及现场5S流程并实施

-       Daily material handling work, including receiving, dispatching and packing operations日常物料处理工作，包括收货，发货和包装等

-       Ensure the storage FIFO确保物料先进先出

-       Daily maintenances of ERP system receiving and delivery data to make sure data matching their physical items日常维护ERP系统的收货和发货数据，以确保数据与实际物品数量相匹配

-       Keeping stock items safe and accurate确保仓库物品的安全及准确性

-       Report receiving and delivery data 汇报收货和发货数据

-       Implement cycle count & stock taking and responsible for the accuracy of inventory 负责库存盘点，并确保库存物料盘点的准确性

-       Implement Lean 6 sigma for optimizing the process通过精益六西格玛优化流程

-       5S execution in AUT Stock, Packing, and FAT area 在自动化仓库，包装区以及FAT区域实施5S

-       Other tasks as required 其他需要的工作

-       HSE responsibility: ensures proper HSE training  has been taken as required; participate risk assessment and improvement at workshop level; make safety of the equipment and work is undertaken according to HSE procedures; make sure required PPE used in daily work; reports and investigates HSE incidents and risk observations according to the company rules; follow HSE policy and practices of Valmet

Requirement/Qualification 要求/资质：

-       College degree 大专学历;

    

-       3 years of material handling experience 3年以上仓库管理经验

    

-       ERP system skills;  有ERP系统经验

    

-       Intermediate level experience with MS Office; 能熟练操作Office软件

    

-       Team player with good working attitude; 团队合作精神

    

-       Knowledge of HSEQ is required 质量及安全意识

-       Forklift and crane operating certificates  具有叉车和行车操作证书
