职位描述
? Support the safe and secure operation of all operational activities on behalf of all stakeholders.
? Support all legislative to provide a consistent and safe service and product for all Compass employees and customers.
? Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do.
? Co-operate with your line manager on HSE matters.
? Report HSE hazards, accidents, incidents, illness and diseases to your line manager.
? HSE incidents reported through the appropriate channels. ? HSE processes implemented to reduce % of incidents reported.
? Lead and manage the teams’ daily performance and business development, be the role model to explore the business opportunities.
? Communicate strategy to team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
? Manage and organize sales activities and resources within the region according to local client needs and as per China sales strategy and customer segmentation guidelines.
? Own the regional marketing plan and client specific market plan.
? Lead and manage execution to ensure the performance meets and exceeds KPI’s.
? Streamline market research and feedback with suggestion to indoor sales team and sales management.
? Identify opportunities in the area and upgrade potential Key Clients with KAM.
? Maintain relationships with Key Clients as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the area and KAM/sector sales organizations.
? Collaborate with the sales managers in other offices / regions to ensure best practices are shared and crossoffice business requirements are covered in the optimal way.
? Stick to the guideline from the company on competition law. ? Effectively handle client interactions, includes but not limited to site demo, proposal submission, presentations & introductions, etc.
? Timely CRM update and any other ad-hoc reporting requirements from the company.
? Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Local interactions with other function teams to improve the team synergy.
? Achieve team ARO targets.
? CRM update within 3 working days.
? Strike rate 35% achieved.
? Gross margin target achieved.
