1. Based on R&D director or ECN approval to timely and accurately maintain the BOM in SAP and inform all related users after completion根据研发总监或项目变更申请的批准，及时准确地维护SAP中的BOM，并在完成后通知所有相关用户；

2. Based on approved customer maintenance form and purchase price maintenance form maintain the new customer and unit purchase price timely and accurately, inform the applicant after completion根据审批后的《客户维护单》和《采购价格维护单》，及时准确地维护新客户和采购单价，完成后通知申请人；

3. The candidate must understand the Supply Chain attributes and have good command over SAP, can be a seasoned candidate who can operate SAP as to support Supply Chain activities. 候选人必须了解供应链的属性，并对SAP有良好的掌握，可以是一个经验丰富的候选人，可以熟练操作SAP以支持供应链活动；

4. Support to renewal the IT service and software evaluation, selection, and daily PO placement for IT consumables purchase (e.g. power, lines) 支持更新IT服务和软件评估、选择，以及IT耗材采购的日常采购订单安排（如电源、线路）；

5. Based on finance department notice, timely and accurately update Qualidev system data 根据财务部通知，及时准确的更新报价系统数据；

6. Tracking camera system operation status and be the contact window with the supplier for the edit needs跟踪监控系统的运行状态，并作为与供应商联系的窗口进行编辑需求；

7. Perform preliminary check for scanner issues对扫描仪问题进行初步检查；

8. Be the contact windows with HQ IT for all SAP/Qualidev etc. system issues就所有SAP/报价等系统问题与总部IT部门联系；

9. Assist the product tag printing set-up and issue solving协助产品标签打印的建立和问题的解决；

10. Be the contact window with local telecom supplier for the monthly invoice follow-up and detail billing check, provide the employee bearing part to HR作为当地电信供应商联系窗口，每月跟踪发票和详细账单检查，向人力资源部提供员工承担部分；

11. Support ISO audit for IT areas支持IT领域的ISO审核；

12. Be the daily support for SAP user when needed在需要时为SAP用户提供日常支持；

13. Support other projects as assigned支持其他指定项目

Requirements 岗位要求

1. College and above degree 大专及以上学历；

2. Has an experience of Supply Chain in a plant in SAP and can operation SAP to support Supply Chain activities when needed, worked in the past in exchange with French people it will be better

有在工厂供应链团队操作SAP的经验，能在需要时操作SAP来支持供应链活动，以前有与法国人交流过优先考虑；

3. Good communication in written English；良好的英语书面沟通能力；

4. Sound SAP application knowledge, good usage of office tools, experience in scanner and product tag printing set-up, good working attitude, team work spirit 良好的SAP应用知识，良好的办公工具使用能力，有扫描仪和产品标签打印设置经验，良好的工作态度和团队合作精神。
