Responsible and organize the potential vendor’s qualification task within Aldes China.

Responsible for the supply task in PPAP process and make sure the supply task completed successfully. Follow up the PPAP process before normal production.

Monitor the supplier’s performance and follow up. Responsible for the vendor’s yearly evaluation.

Work together with R&D, QC and other department to make the standards clearly and speed up the standardized of spare parts.

Support operation team to handle the on-time delivery and quality problems for each item.

Making sourcing strategy and optimizing the supply base for supporting the company’s long-term business development.

Scanning the market and keep searching potential supplier with good quality ,best price, on-time delivery.

Collect the data from the supplier and forward to operation team. Prepare the documents for supplier.

Report for supplier quality performance

Review the product standard and criteria with cross function team when the new product development.

Qualifications职务要求:

Bachelor degree

Abilities, knowledge and skills

Team spirit

3+ working experience

 Good at ppt skills, Communicate skills

Experience in industrial environment

 Data analysis

Good reading and writing in English and basic ability in oral English, CET-4 or above

Can work under pressure

 Be familiar with and can use kinds of quality management tools, and experience in supplier audit
