1日常订单的操作：订单输入、跟踪；安排发货、开票以及追踪货款；

  

客户投诉处理：根据客户需求及公司销售制定的理赔方案，跟进落实理赔退换货等事宜，直至投诉全部处理妥当；

  

2对项目类型的客户进行项目管理，根据实际进度，协调客户实际需求及采购交货期，跟踪项目进展，提供预警及建议；

  

3 协助销售完成相关订单的产品选型、报价以及资料整理；

  

4 与公司各部门及客户之间保持良好的沟通与协作关系；

  

5 负责公司货物的采购；

  6 完成上级领导安排的其他工作内容。
