Summary

The Content Management System Specialist is mainly responsible for uploading, scheduling and organizing the creative assets for the website in the Content Management System. A successful content management System specialist needs strong organizational skills and understanding of CMS systems.

This position will report to the UX Director as part of the creative team based in Shanghai. The position will collaborate closely with other Creative Team members, especially graphic designers, to work on content development, and aid in its implementation on our website.

Key Responsibilities

●       The daily operation and maintenance of the Content Management System

●       Be responsible for quality assurance of the website content including but not limited to banners, schedules, emails and other assets

●       Support Digital Asset Management such as categorizing, naming and tagging assets

●       Asist the scheduling of Website content under the direction of UX Director

●       Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by UX Director

Requirements

●       Minimum Bachelor’s degree

●       Marketing, design, or project related major is a plus

●       Workable oral English communication

●       Fast learner. Ability to quickly learn and operate new technologies

●       Detail oriented. Ability to work collaboratively and e？ciently within cross?functional teams

●       Highly self-motivated with great organizational and time management skills
