主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 实施、监控公司业务运作体系的运行工作，包括(业务运作手册、程序文件及管理规定的编审和修改工作，以及质量体系运行的协调工作，与审核机构的联络工作)；

Implementing and supervising the operation of Company business operation system, including (the work of reviewing and editing, altering the Operation Manual, prcedures and management instructions, and coordination of the operation of quality system, contact with the auditing organization)

2. 负责内部审核计划的制定、实施并验证不符合项纠正措施；

Formulating and implementing the internal auditing plan and validating the rectifying strategy of the item that falls short of auditing.

3. 组织协调客户各主机厂的质量能力评审，接受评审报告，编写整改报告，并检查整改效果；

Coordinating the appraisal of quality ability of various assembling factories of customers, compiling the rectification report and inspect the efficiency.

4. 组织接待各主机厂对审核及上级公司的实物质量抽查；

Receiving the audit from various OEM/customer and the selective material quality test.

5. 完成质监中心布置的有关质量管理工作；

Completing the related quality administration work laid by the quality supervision center.

6. 与上级公司质量部门保持联系，完成上级下达的各项质量工作开展；

Keeping contact with the quality department of superior company, coordinating the conduction of each quality work made known by the superiors.

7. 与中国汽车质量认证中心联系，协调产品认证工作的开展；

Making contact with the China Automotive Quality Authentication Center, coordinating the conduction of the authentication of the products.

8. 作为实验室体系负责人，参与实验室 体系文件编制及更新，主导CNAS17025年审，问题项跟进与整改，保持实验室体系与国家要求同步。

As the responsibility of LAB, participate in editing and updating lab procedure documents, leading the annual audit of CNAS 17025,confirming the countermeasure and progress , keeping the same step of national requirements.

9. 负责编写和实施内部过程审核计划，并负责跟踪协调，帮助各部门解决在审核中发现的问题，完成审核报告；

Compiling and implementing the internal process auditing plan in the company, responsible to follow, coordinate and help each department to solve the problems in the audition and finish the auditing report.

10. 完成公司质量成本的分析、改进措施的跟踪及报告；公司运营数据的收集、汇总，协助各部门完成分析工作；

Completing the analysis of the quality cost, following and reporting the improving strategy of the company, gathering and collecting the operation data of the company, assisting each department to complete the analysis work.

11. 参与管理评审和其他体系的工作（ 例ISO14001，OHSAS18001），协助制定并实施环境体系审核，编写现场审核检查表，传达和阐明审核要求；记录审核结果和不符合项，并执行追踪审查。

Participating to administrative appraisal and other system work（for example: ISO14001，OHSAS18001）；Assistant to constitute audit schedule and implement internal audit. Write checking form of audit in workplace, convey and clarify audit requirements. Take the recorder of observing result and un-confirming items, conduct follow-up check.

12. 业务运作体系文件的文件规范化管理；

Standardization document administration of business operation system document

13. 完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作和任务。

Complete each work and task contemporarily assigned by superior leader.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育：大学本科或同等学历

Education: undergraduate or equivalent certification

经历： 3年以上制造型企业工作经验，2年以上质量体系或实验室体系相关工作经验

Experience: working experience in manufacturing enterprise of more than 2 years,

quality system and lab system working experience of more than 2 years.

其他Others：

u 具备良好的书面，口头表达能力；熟练使用办公自动化软件。

Possess better oral and written communication capability; master to use office automation software

u 熟悉IATF16949标准、VDA6.1、VDA6.3标准适用的相关顾客特殊要求及其他质量管理工具。（体系实施和维护的经验）

Familiar with IATF16949 standard, VDA6.1, VDA6.3 standard, applicable related customer’s special requirement and other quality management tool.

u 熟悉实验室管理体系CNAS17025。

Familiar with Lab system like CNAS 17025.

u 较强的组织协调能力，及问题解决能力。具有团队精神。

Better organization coordination capability and capability to solve problem, possess group work spirit.

u 交流沟通、计划组织等技能。

Skill of communication, plan and organize, etc.

u 英语说写流利。
