a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

• Qualified IT specialist or graduated computer science
• Knowledge of installation and operation of Microsoft Windows Client systems – 熟悉Windows系统安装及操作
• Knowledge of TCP/IP based networking – 了解TCP/IP 网络知识
• English communication skill (read/write/speaking) and trouble shooting skills to end users for daily work – 英语读写说能力及日常桌面排错
• Knowledge in maintaining printers/scanners/IP Phones – IT外设安装及维护
• Knowledge in operation of Windows servers – Windows 服务器操作及维护
• Knowledge of NAS based server systems – 存储设备操作及维护

• college above and major in Computer
• 计算机专业毕业
• Spoken and written English is needed.

• Familiar with office network environment and infrastructure.

• Good communication skill & working attitude.

Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

• Providing technical assistance and support related to IT systems, hardware, or software – 为桌面用户提供IT系统、软硬件技术支持
• Hardware and software installation of client workstations (MS windows and Linux systems), printers & telephones – 操作系统、软硬件、打印机和电话安装调试排错
• Operation and maintenance of server systems & network components – 操作及维护服务器和其他IT设备
• Run and maintain the data backup system – 备份、维护数据
• Support IT flows(HW, SW and accounts support of new & demission users ) – IT部门工作流程（软硬件及用户账号维护管理）
• Documentation of IT systems, infrastructure, end user training manuals – 制作及维护IT文档和用户培训文档
• Hardware lifecycle management – 硬件维护
• Software license management – 软件license管理
• Other duties as assigned by manager – 其他主管安排的工作
