？ BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责
1. 组织工厂IQC，IPQC，OQC的日常例行工作，对QC组织的工作运作结果负责。
Organize and manage  the daily work of  IQC ,IPQC OQC, and be responsible for the operational results of the QC team.
2. 组织KOS活动的开展。产品品质改良活动，落实改善措施；建立产品质量标准；质量数据分析，改进措施的提出与推展落实。
Lead KOS activities  and responsible for improve product quality and implement corrective action , establish  product  standard  and  quality data analysis ,  put forward and implement improvement action.
3. 组织公司6S的实施，检查及评审
Organize the implementation of  6S audit and review
4. 协助公司ISO9001&ISO14001&ISO45001及公司其他管理体系的实施；
Assist company ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO45001 and other management system implementation;
 
？ SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
1. 对不合格制程品、成品实施让步接收进行评审和处置（或确认），质量信息实施数据分析和改善跟踪；
Review and dispose (or confirm) the concession acceptance of unqualified process products and finished products, perform data analysis and follow up quality improvement result .
2. 制程与成品产品检验工作及检验结果的稽核；
In-Process and finished product inspection work and audit the inspection results 
3. 组织对客户退货品的品质再判定并拟订建议性处理措施；
Organize the re-evaluation of the quality of customer returned goods and formulate recommended disposal actions;
4. 参与客户抱怨、投诉事项的调查、分析及改善工作；
Participate in or organize the investigation, analysis and improvement of customer complaints
5. 制程和出货品质标准、品质作业规范等方面的监督实施；
Establish in-process and outgoing product standard , Monitoring the implementation of quality of work specification.
6. 主导公司ISO9001&ISO14001&ISO45001及公司其他管理体系的内审、管理评审及外审活动；
Lead the organization and implementation of internal audit, management review and external audit activities of ISO9001&ISO14001&ISO45001 and other management systems of the company;
7. 协助公司KOC及其它管理体系的建立，运行；
Assist  to  quality manger  and set up and run KOC and other management system
8. 完成上级交办的其它工作
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


？ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
1. 教育/培训：理工科类（机械、机电类为佳）大专以上学历；受过ISO9001质量管理体系培训；
Education/Training:  Science and engineering (mechanical, electrical and mechanical is preferred) college degree or above; with ISO9001 quality management system training 
2. 工作经验：具有5年以上企业品质管理或生产管理经验；有ISO9000质量管理体系建立、维护、改善经验；
Work Experience:  At least 5 years QA management or  production management experiences and ISO9000 quality management system to establish, maintain and improve the experience;
3. 工作技能：懂SPC统计技术、PPAP及QC七大管理手法，熟练运作“6S”管理及ISO9001质量管理体系，熟练操作Office等办公软件；具有较强的组织管理、沟通协调和语言文字表达能力；
Work skills:  knowledge of  SPC\PPAP\ QC 7 tools , Master of  6s and ISO9001 quality management system and  office software . strongly  organization management 、communication and coordination and language expression ability;
4. 作风/态度：为人正直、勇于创新、敢于披露品质异常；工作积极、主动、认真、仔细、严谨、责任心强，讲究效率、讲求结果; 
Style/Attitude:Good integrity and innovation ideas, Dare to  find and disclose abnormal quality issue ;  Work actively, initiative, earnest, careful, rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, pay attention to efficiency, focus on results;
