Responsibilities:

1. Project Management 30%

• To be responsible of project timeline plan, requirements management and deliverable management
• Take lead of communication with customer side and internal project team
• Track the project implementation status and risk/emergency management; ensure project delivered on time with high quality and within budget

2. Presales Work 10%

• To prepare presentations and demonstrations to customer
• To collect and define user requirements and preparation of solution proposals
• To provide feasibility studies of large-scale and complicated proposals

3. Project Delivery 60%

• Understand what customer needs, make specific function design and project on-line plan, communicate with Germany product manager
• According to the project time line strictly, to ensure the successful delivery of the project
• To make the user training

Requirements and Qualifications (Experience/Skills/Education)

1. 5- 8 year working experience, 2-3year project management experience;

2. At least 3 successful full life-cycle projects and taking leadership

3. Has experiences of ERP/CRM/SRM/SCM presales, development, deployment, implementation and maintenance

4. Familiar with the industrial process from sales to project implementation to after sales support

5. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffs and demonstrate good interpersonal skills

6. Good customer relation management ability; Has strong business sense, able to influence, manage and work collaboratively with customers/potential customers

7. Good self-learning capability of any IT product/service

8. Consultant experience in big IT consulting companies such as IBM, SAP is preferred

9. Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in information technology, esp. within Automotive /manufacturing industry as a plus

10. Education and other requirements

• Bachelor or higher, major in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Excellent communication skill, fluent in both spoken and written English
• Rich customer facing experience
