Main responsibilities:

1. Purchasing 采购方面

• Finds new suppliers capable of producing parts to FTE quality and cost objectives
  寻找新的具有生产符合FTE 质量和成本目标的供应商
• Compiles key supplier information into a standardized report for comparative purposes
  在标准化的报告中编辑关键供应商信息以作比较
• Compiles supplier tooling and component cost quotations and cost-breakdowns into standardized reports
  在标准化的报告中编辑供应商工具和组件的成本报价和其成本分类细目
• Negotiates supplier pricing to meet FTE objectives
  协商供应商价格，使其满足FTE 目标
• Negotiates purchase order terms and conditions
  协商购买订单的条款和条件
• Pre-negotiation of supplier contracts and quality agreements
  预备谈判阶段的供应商合同和质量协议

2. Logistic 物流方面

• Finds efficient, cost-effective logistics providers
  寻找高效，合算的物流供应商
• Specifies and reviews packaging for cost effectiveness and suitability
  指定和评价包装成本的有效性和适用性

3. Quality 质量方面

• Conducts quality audits and process reviews at the supplier and critical sub-suppliers
  实施对供应商的质量审核，过程评价，以及鉴定下级供应商
• Works with FTE Aftermarket Engineering to determine the disposition of non-conforming parts and assemblies
  与FTE 售后件部门共同决策对不良部件和组件的处置
• Ensures that the suppliers implement robust corrective actions for defective parts and materials
  确保供应商对有缺陷的零件和材料实施有效地纠正措施
• Reviews supplier inspection results and material certifications for compliance to specifications
  评审供应商检验结果和材料认证是否符合规格
• Inspects and approves finished assemblies prior to shipment
  完成在出货之前成品的检查和批准程序
• Ensures that lot traceability records are maintained
  负责对大量可追溯性记录的维护
• Ensures that inspection and test equipment are calibrated
  确保检验和测试设备的校准

Requirements:

• Engineering qualification (for example mechanical, hydraulic or else. Have to read and understand drawings and specifications!)
  工科类背景，如机械、液压方面，能看懂图纸及规格；
• Al least 3 years industrial purchasing experiences in multinational business environment. Automotive experience is not a must but would be beneficial
  至少有3年跨国公司采购的经验，有汽车行业背景优先
• English language at a working language level is a must (written and spoken).
  良好的英语能力（读写及写作）
• Deep knowledge of China and/or Asia Sourcing, of purchasing processes and related quality
  熟悉中国及亚洲地区的采购资源，包括采购流程及相关质量要求；
• Deep negotiation and analytical skills;
  极好的谈判技巧和分析能力
• ERP system experience, SAP preferred
  具有ERP系统经验，有 SAP经验更佳
• Good teamwork spirit
  良好的团队精神
