Work Scope

• Close communication with the business departments to understand the job requirements and complete the recruitment plan;
• Manage end to end recruitment, identifying hiring strategy, sourcing and selection and offer management, while keep tracking on the hiring activities data;
• Support talent acquisition project, i.e., data management, branding activities. etc,;
• Direct sourcing to support hiring efficiency;
• Development and maintain positive and strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop and integrate and evaluate various recruitment channels;
• Complete various recruitment reports, summarize the problems in recruitment work;
• Other task assigned by the line manager.

            

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 5-year related work experience.
• Solid communication and logical skills.
• Open-minded and self-motivated.
• Be proficient in various recruitment tools and can work under pressure.
• Be proficient in English.
