Provide 1st & 2nd tier master level technical support of PC/Network/Server hardware, software, and peripherals to IT users and escalate as needed

Essential Functions基本职能

1. Provide on-site support through the installation and configuration of new equipment, troubleshooting, researching and diagnosing hardware, peripherals, printers, software, and network connectivity issues at various locations domestically and internationally.

2. Provide direction and clarification to end users and IT super users.

向终端用户和IT超级用户提供指导和说明；

3. Take a lead role in build out projects.

4. Handle problem recognition, research, resolution and follow-up for highly complex user problems,

通过研究、解决和跟踪处理复杂问题；

5. Log and track service calls and activity by utilizing client service database to ensure records and related problems are accurately documented.

跟踪服务电话和客户服务数据库，确保相关记录和问题得到准确存档；

6. Access online knowledge book and tools to ensure effective problem resolution.

访问在线知识手册和工具，确保提供有效的问题解决方案；

7. Manage installation and configuration of Disaster Recovery and Training department PC’s. Serve as the subject matter expert for consistency and knowledge of Disaster Recovery and training facility needs.

8. Train users and team members on the use of new or modified equipment and develop departmental process documentation.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements任职资格

Experience 经验 ：

2 years above professional experience troubleshooting user issues and installing desktop hardware, servers, network devices, software, wireless and handheld devices. Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Windows operating systems, TCP\IP Networking, Exchange, Office 2003, RS6000, TN3270 Mainframe, VPN, Wireless, Oracle.

2年以上相关工作经验，具备解决用户故障、安装计算机硬件、服务器、网络、软件、无线和便携设备的技能；掌握网络和计算机相关知识，包括视窗系统、TCP\IP网络、Exchange, Office 2003, RS6000, TN3270 Mainframe, VPN, Wireless, Oracle。

Skills技能：

1. College degree or above, specialized in IT or relevant major.

大专或以上学历，信息技术或相关专业

2. Good command of English, with CET 4

良好的英语能力，持有大学英语4级证书

3.Must be able to demonstrate time management skills and prioritization between competing support issues

具备时间管理能力，能够妥善安排事件优先级；

4. Strong background delivering quality customer service both over the phone and face to face

能够通过电话和直接沟通提供高质量的客户服务；

5.Utilize project management concepts to successfully oversee new system installations at remote locations

能够运用项目管理理念，远程管理新系统安装；

6. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to articulate technical issues to non technical people

7. Ability to analyze technical issues independently in the field and develop solutions in a timely manner

8. Ability to prioritize trouble tickets and consult with other departments to formulate resolutions.

9. Ability to travel as needed and provide on call support as needed
