Purpose of position:

Assist to meet the manpower requirements from each depts. Make sure relevant HR works more smoothly so as to meet the requirements from company.

 

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with all hiring managers to clarify recruiting requirements. Communicate with hiring managers about recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.

2. In charge of full cycle of recruiting activities.

3. Sourcing, telephone/F2F interview with the candidates.

4. Hiring the people within the timeline to achieve the business targets.

5. Weekly recruiting report prepared.

6. Close all the positions according to the FCT.

7. Keep good relationship with internal customers.

8. Vendor management

9. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

 

Qualifications:

1. University degree;

2. Can work under pressure

3. Flexibility, good work attitude, stable

4. Minimum 5 years working experience and focus on recruiting

5. Automobile industry background will be a plus

6. Good knowledge of the local labor laws and procedures;

7. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

8. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
