1.Responsible for complete design process of components & functional groups related to industrial forklift trucks, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, conceptual & detailed design using CAD, detailed drawings, prototype procurement & testing, and handoff to manufacturing.

2.Work as mechanical design engineer in product development team.

3. Responsible for complete design process of components & functional groups related to industrial forklift trucks, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, conceptual & detailed design using CAD, detailed drawings, prototype procurement & testing, and handoff to manufacturing.

4. Generate documentation required to bring design to manufacturing maturity (technical, assembly, installation drawing, BOM, tabular drawing).

5. Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturability) & DFA (Design for Assembly) to each components.

6. Make decisions on material selection.

7. Other tasks assigned by leader.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or industrial design.

2. 5+ years of related work experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of rerated work experience with Master’s degree.

3. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, material science.

4. Strong analytical problem solving skills.

5.Demonstrated experience in design of mechanical components.

6.Demonstrated experience with sheetmetal, casting, and plastic manufacturing processes.

7.Demonstrated understanding of limitations & design characteristics of metals.

8.Proficient in 3D & 2D CAD – CATIA is preferred.

9.Demonstrated ability to create & read 2D drawings with GD&T.

10.Detail orientated, proactive thinking, capable of making accurate decisions & handling multiple assignments under time pressure.

11.Willingness to travel.

12.Fluent in written & oral English & Mandarin, German is plus.
