Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Strategic planning, control and improvement of national distribution logistics according to the international trade related regulations, legislations and preferential policies;
2. Requirements to and selection of logistics service providers (3PL/4PL…);
3. Preparation of logistics contracts in transport and warehousing and their coordination with technical and legal departments;
4. Prepare and support make or buy decisions in logistics among others prepare yearly investment plans and budgets;
5. Prepare and coordinate the procurement, testing and maintenance of handling and storage equipment according to company standards and best logistics practice;
6. Management of regional logistics service providers, RDCs, mode of transport and transport concepts;
7. Participation in defining delivery performance levels, logistics quality standards and other KPI′s;
8. Implementation and realization of defined delivery performance levels;
9. Drive execution excellence and continuous improvements of supply chain distribution performance;
10. Logistics market research;
11. Evaluate liability regimes and legal risks in logistics in China and derive conclusions/actions (transport insurance, packaging, logistics partners etc.)
12. Design and manage the procedures and standards for the customs and trade compliance operations;
13. Supervision of national operational distribution (truck dispatching and goods handling) /coordination of logistics partners (3PL);
14. Ensure efficient and effective transport & warehousing operations;
15. Coordinate overseas delivery with respective factories from Europe and Asia;
16. Interact with sales department to allow fulfilment of specific customer requirements;
17. Load list generation in ERP and timely transfer to 3PL;
18. Compliance with company safety and quality standards;
19. Conduct audits, physical inventory and stock adjustments;
20. Replacement and reverse logistics handling /coordination with CS;
21. Finished goods/spares packaging requirements;
22. Suppliers management (negotiation, build company reputation at China custom, delivery quality, cost control);
23. Handle customer complaints about logistics service;
24. Management of resources across multiple locations and maximize warehouse productivity;
25. Supervise and control inventory according to all kinds of material and products floating status;
26. Workout the storage standard, establish storage management system, continuously analyze and optimize inventory;
27. Manage 3PL in domestic transportation to customers with time efficiency and delivery quality;
28. Recommend purchase of new or improved equipment, such as automated systems, to improve the work efficiency;

  

 

  

 

  

Requirement:

  

 

  

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Major in Logistics, Business trade or relevant majors;
3. At least 5 years’ experience in logistic management and team management in an international consumer goods company;
4. Knowledge of import and export regulations;
5. Knowledge of the policy of CIQ;
6. Knowledge of spare parts logistics;
7. Knowledge of warehouse management;
8. Familiar with ERP systems;
9. Profound English and computer application skills;
10. Intercultural experience
