Responsibilities

-Coordinate with the key stakeholders to provide Coupa application technical support and troubleshoot issues for users.

-Act as the primary business liaison with ITS and collaborate with ITS to validate interfaces/error log reviews.

-Log tickets for enhancements and lead business discussions with Coupa

-Work with Coupa to coordinate Coupa release upgrades and conversion.

-Research, compile and assemble data and assist users in the preparation of various reports. 

-Coordinate with the ITS and operating units to provide Coupa application support.

-Conversion and special project work as assigned.

Basic Requirements

-A degree holder, preferably in Information management 

-Strong analytical skills, be assertive, and demonstrate initiative when investigating issues.

-Display excellent oral and written communications skills in both technical and non-technical situations.

-Be able to deal logically and effectively with team leaders, employees and external parties.

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills 

-Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

-Be willing to accept a work schedule with hourly demands which will vary as workload fluctuates.  Ability to work extra hours as needed to complete assignments.
