Your challenge:

We are in a fast development circle within the China Market, we need strong, efficient, stable technical components and processes in order to face the challenges coming from the uncertainty. When we provide technical products, we keep in mind Agility, flexibility, scalability, value for money and Security, to build a strong self-service technical platform with sufficient components and sustainable processes to maximumly help devloper's job faster, easier and more securely, and make sure the technical platform and applications with a high availability and reliability. Your mission is to be a devops to work with the team to make it happen.

Your responsibilities:

Is to ensure Operations, Monitoring, Alerting, Application Reliability, and Performance by: 

• Building and setting up new development and production environments / tools with infrastructure team

• Implementing integrations requested by customers

• Providing baseline services such as database, dataflow, logging and monitoring

• Deploying releases, updates and fixes

• Building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

• Performing root cause analysis for production errors

• Investigating and resolving technical issues

• Developing scripts to automation processes

• Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

• Ensuring that systems are reliable, safe and secure against cybersecurity threats with infrastructure team

• Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

Your Background：

• At least 7 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar cloud software engineering role at least 3 years of management experience.

• Familiar with Linux, shell scripts, python.

• Familiar with CICD / automation tools: Jenkins, Rundeck, Ansible, Terraform, K8s, etc.

• Familiar with cloud platform:  Azure/AWS/Aliyun

• Familiar with web servers such as: Apache, Nginx.

• Familiar with Docker/Container and Orchestration tools such as Rancher or Kubernetes 

• Familiar with Databases: Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL

• Familiar with monitoring / logging tools is a plus: ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace….etc

•  Familiar with event streaming platform is a plus: kafka

•  Strong sense of security and Problem solving attitude

• Excellent communication both in English and Chinese, comfortable working in multicultural collaborations

• Very practical,love to do things by yourself at the same time you also enjoy to accompany people and support their skills development

• Are a sports lover, you like to enjoy sports with your team collaborators
