职位描述

主要岗位职责:

1. Responsible for Returnable packaging Capex Budget plan and inventory transfer Budget plan.负责制定年度可回收包装物CAPEX 预算及年度库存调拨预算;

2. Review Capex LE vs BGT on monthly basis and make solutions for the gaps

月底回顾Capex LE 和预算的差距,并制定解决方案。

3. Return prediction model optimization(including data cleanning, models fine-tune) to make sure return accurracy meet the target.

回瓶预测模型持续优化以确保预测准确性达到目标

4. Make long term/Short term/Summer plan material Planning

制定长期/短期/旺季物料

5. Identify protentail constrain of capacity (supply,sorting..)and material supply risk at early stage and propose mitigation actions to ensure sufficient supply 识别潜在能力限制(供应商产能,分拣能力等)及供应风险,制定应对措施来确保物料供应;

6. Optimize bottle return network in solver to make sure the bottles return to right breweries with maximam Capex saving and VLC saving

在优化器上优化回瓶线路,规划瓶子回到需求的工厂,并且实现CAPEX和VLC的***节省。



Job Requirement:

Education 教育

Bachelor Degree and above
本科及以上学历


Experience 经验

Above 3 years working experience in demand ,supply, production, material planning in consumer foods industry

3年以上快消品行业需求,供应,生产,物料需求计划工作经验

At least 1year working experience in project management

1年以上项目管理经验


Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)

Familiar with SAP(APO Modules) 熟悉SAP(APO模块)

Capable of dealing with complex supply chain environments and lead cross functions to align possible solution能够应对复杂的供应链环境,并领导跨部门寻求解决方案

Solutions oriented and decisive, Smart risk approaching with solidate data proof.以寻求解决方案为导向,有决断力;以数据为依据并能做到聪明地应风险。
