Responsibilities:

• Follow worldwide and china total rewards guidance, execute and develop local compensation and benefit program to provide and effective kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage.

• Monitor the effectiveness of C&B policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Ensure the accurate and compliance with internal policy and government policy, including merit review, incentive plan, monthly payroll, social benefit, commercial insurance etc.

• HR system data maintenance, ensure responsible C&B and workforce records are properly and timely updated, provide C&B report on needed basis;

• Provide C&B report to support business decisions.

• Advise on queries from the business and the wider HR team in relation to C&B issue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major.

• 1-2 years work experience in HR field with at least 1 years’ hands-on experience in C&B area in MNC. Experience in Consulting is preferred;

• Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies; Solid working knowledge of remuneration systems;

• Strong knowledge and experience in labor issue management, good understanding on the related labor policies and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A positive team leader, Independent, detail-oriented;

• Proficient in English, both written and oral;

• Excellent computer skills required
