职位描述
- Lead & execute construction, fit out, maintenance projects over the whole lifecycle of buildings, include project requirements definition, planning, vendor selection, execution and hand-over for projects in Beijing (majority) and Regional offices
-Consult, support & guide local units regarding local technical topics, e.g., maintenance & replacement topics for HVAC, electrical, other (e.g., LAN), tenant improvements fit out an other projects.
- Ensure handover of the projects to the customers. Ensure finalization of projects within timeline, budget & quality targets. Report project activities with pre-defined mechanism.
- Work with end users to prepare and obtain approval / permits from local authorities, fully compliant with government policies and regulations
- Manage external vendors: include contractors, PM companies, Jian Li, and other relevant suppliers to ensure project progress, cost, Environmental Health &Safety, and quality are in line with project plan, budget and specifications.
- Forecast potential risks and provide necessary follow up actions to avoid and minimize risks. Manage change, claims, opportunity, and risk management;
- Update project reporting database
- Regional project management: Ensure alignment with Project Management principles according to PM@SRE Guidelines.
- Support Location Management team with other Siemens internal projects
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years experience of project manager involving the overall project phases of industrial construction projects, maintenance projects, fitting out projects and demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects through various phases.
- Knowledge in project programming, schedule planning, drawing review, QA/QC, and EHS management
- Skills of project cost estimate, cost forecast report, budget tracking
- Advanced skills in Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Power Point.
- Strong problem solving skills and “can do” attitude, Effective time management and logical decision-making ability, capacity to handle pressure.
- Good client management with positive customer orientation
- Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the construction sites.
