建筑项目总监 Architectural Project Director

岗位职责：

1. 负责项目管理，全程参与项目设计
2. 制定项目时间安排、分配设计任务，确保项目如期推进
3. 负责项目协调，理解和响应甲方需求，确保设计方向和要点正确
4. 与商务配合完成前期沟通、招投标和合同谈判，控制项目成本、质量和完成期限

任职资格：

1. 建筑及相关专业，本科及以上
2. 建筑师5-8年，项目管理经验3-5年以上。
3. 拥有国际酒店设计经验，并有与国际酒店管理公司合作的经验者优先。
4. 具有良好的协调能力和沟通能力，熟悉行业相关规范
5. 精通英语，能流利地进行书面和口语沟通
6. 注册建筑师优先

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for project management and participate in whole project design process
2. Make project schedule and assign design tasks accordingly to ensure the project progresses as scheduled
3. Responsible for project coordination, understand and respond to client’s needs, and ensure that the design direction is correct
4. Cooperate with the commercial dept. to complete the preliminary communication, bidding and contract negotiation, and control the cost, quality and completion time of the project

Job Requirement

1. Major: Architecture or related majors, bachelor’s degree or above
2. Working experience: 5-8 years as an Architect, project management experience 3-5 years.
3. Related experience in international hotel design, and experience in cooperating with international hotel management companies is preferred.
4. Have good coordination and communication skills, and be familiar with relevant industry regulations
5. Proficient in English, able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
6. Registered architect is preferred
