1、作为非工业用户联络人，负责跟踪并满足用户需求，包括但不限于供水/污水连接，供水/污水长期服务协议，日常和紧急情况的沟通；As a non-industrial user liaison, be responsible for tracking and satisfying user needs, including but not limited to water/sewage connection, water/sewage long-term service agreement, daily and emergency communication；

2. 记录用户的投诉情况，并跟踪后继行动；Record users’ complaints and track subsequent actions；

3. 汇总并制作部门报表；Summarize and make departmental reports；

4. 部门档案管理；Department file management；

5. 部门信息化工作； Departmental information work;

 

任职要求 Requirements：

1、bachelor or above degree with major in environment Engineering or related；本科及以上学历，环境、化工相关专业；

2、Good communication and presentation skills； 良好的沟通能力及表达能力；

3、Familiar with office software such as excel, word, PPT, etc.；熟练使用excel、word、PPT等办公软件；

4、Good English Skill；优秀的英语听说读写能力；

5、Stable, careful, patient, and friendly.稳定，细心，耐心，有亲和力。
