Techstorm’s overseas business is growing rapidly, therefore we are looking for an experienced, pro-active Export manager / International trade specialist.

You will be working in a motivated international team and will be responsible for Customer Service and logistics in China and abroad for our overseas Customers. 

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with 3rd party on dispatching our products in a timely manner.

2. Producing commercial invoices, VAT, Incoterms, and delivery paperwork.

3. Delivering `Best in class` customer service at all times.

4. Resolve Export/Logistic issues where they arise.

5. Accountability for legal and regulatory compliance for export documentation.

Requirements:

1. 3 years Logistical / Customs / Shipping experience

2. Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

3. Related Bachelor degree.

4. International work experience.

5. Good knowledge of international trade & logistic rules.

6. Experience with SAP  and standard Microsoft office software.

7. Good communication skills, pro-active
