职位描述
1. 通过内部FAE及客服了解客户需求及设计相应的继电器新产品
2. 与全球、国际团队沟通合作，设计开发新的继电器类型
3. 与生产工程师合作，作好批量生产继电器产品的准备
4. 为客户建立产品样品
5. 为新产品建立物料清单及工艺流程作业卡
6. 装配和零部件检查和测试领域的知识
7. 在低压开关技术中的电磁系统的构造，计算和设计方面的经验
8. 了解低压开关技术的规范和标准
9. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作
任职资格：
1.电气工程或机电工程本科及以上学历，有海外学习或经验者优先考虑
2. 熟练使用SOLID WORKS, AUTO CAD工具，了解仿真软件的使用如Maxwell, 熟悉者优先。具备用PPT等软件汇报演示的能力。
3. 英语口语流利，良好的沟通能力。理解不同文化与语言，与不同国家的团队合作与沟通
4. 熟悉质量体系，如ISO/TS16949者优先，熟悉质量工具如FMEA,5W，鱼骨图等
5. 具有很强的自我管理能力， 团队合作能力和领导才能
6. 具备信号、电力传输系统，高频、低频系统及机械、电子系统相关特性的知识背景
7. 具备电气工程知识及其相关技术
8. 有装配工艺、塑料及金属技术领域的相关工艺经验者优先考虑
