· Execution of Art style

· Work with designers for final Artwork deliveries

· Versatile in different art styles and formats

Art Director job qualifications and requirements

3-5 years of relevant experiences of :

· Visual and Audio Production

· Animation Production

· Management

Software Knowledge

· Illustrator

· Photoshop

· Premiere

· After Effects

· C4D * optional

Additionally, Art Director should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Capacity to manage high stress situations

· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

· Leadership skills

· Big-picture thinking and vision

· Attention to detail

· Conflict resolution skills

· Good sense of aesthetics

· Strong knowledge of art movements, trends and history
