- 了解空运或海运，陆运进出口操作流程，包括收集、检查和编制单据、订舱、配载运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

- 根据客户的要求，选择***解决方案，并报价。并考虑包装细节、所需的运输时间/交货日期、商品和装运选择；

- 责任感强，负责完成上级交办的相关工作，需要不时加班

主要工作内容:

- 联系客户和其他货运代理

- 在IT系统中创建订单，并跟踪订单动向

- 跟踪自身以及同事的订单动向。

- 向本公司其他分公司提供定价建议

- 发票/文书等行政事宜，并支持同事工作

Customer service Operator

Anshang international forwarder (SHANGHAI) Co LTD is a specialist in urgent airfreight Import / Export

operations and is a branch of ATS Europe/STERNE GROUP, one of the leaders in urgent road freight

transport in Europe. Our aim is to become one of biggest strategic partners of our customers regarding

urgent and sensitive workflows; satisfying their requirements and meeting their needs by helping them

improving productivity and performance is our top priority.

We are now recruiting a Customer Service Operator to be started as soon as possible in our Shanghai

Branch

Job description

The Customer Service Operator collects, check and establish all the necessary documentation required

in International Shipping. He/She is the main contact and the necessary link between AIR/SEA/RAIL

Carrier and the customer. He/She must Make sure that the most cost-effective way of transportation of

goods is chosen for its customer, considering the packing details, the required transit time/delivery date,

the commodity and the shipping choice.

You will be required to:

- Advise pricing to other branches of our Company

- Complete shipment management from A to Z and insuring a close follow up.

- Local transport management with direct contact with shipper and consignee

- Billing/purchasing/ Creating shipments in our IT system

- Shipment handling with worldwide foreign agents

- Work in coop with other colleagues

Requirements

- Reactivity, Rigor, organized and efficient

- A good understanding of international exchanges and trades.

Language

- Mandarin

- read and written English compulsory

Salary:

Between 8000 and 10000cny/month + monthly Bonuses
